atbot.run ("the Service") is a platform for hosting and managing AI agents. These Terms apply to all users of the Service.

2. Accounts

• You access the Service using Google account authentication
• Sharing or unauthorized use of your account is prohibited
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service for:

• Generating or distributing illegal content or fraudulent communications
• Spam, phishing, or malware distribution
• Harassment, discrimination, or abuse of others
• Excessive load or attacks on Service infrastructure
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

4. Billing & Payment

• Paid plans are billed monthly
• You may cancel at any time — no further charges after the current billing cycle ends
• Refunds are not provided except where required by law

5. Changes & Termination

We may modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice. In the event of a shutdown, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content. Users who configure and deploy agents are responsible for the content those agents produce.
