atbot.run ("the Service") collects the following information to provide and improve the Service:

• Account information (email address, Google account ID)
• Agent configuration (name, system prompt, model selection)
• Usage data (conversation logs, activity logs)
• Payment information (processed via Stripe — card numbers are never stored on our servers)

• Delivering, maintaining, and improving the Service
• Customer support and incident notifications
• Billing and payment processing
• Detecting and preventing abuse

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except in the following cases:

• With your explicit consent
• When required by law
• With service providers necessary to operate the Service (Cloudflare, OpenRouter, Resend, etc.)

4. Data Retention and Deletion

When you delete your account, associated data is removed within 30 days. Backup data may be retained for up to 90 days.

We use cookies solely for authentication session management. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly.
