Pricing
How much does it cost?+
3 plans available. Free ($0/mo): 1 agent, 1,000 messages/mo, web chat only. Pro ($29/mo): 3 agents, unlimited messages, Telegram + web chat. Team ($99/mo): 20 agents with API access. Users who sign up during beta lock in current pricing forever.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Credit cards (Visa / Mastercard / Amex). Beta access includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.
What does 'unlimited messages' mean?+
On Pro and Team plans, there is no cap on messages sent or received. We may apply limits in extreme abuse cases (e.g., spam), but standard business usage is never throttled.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from the dashboard at any time. Your service continues until end of the billing period, and you can export your data.
Setup & Features
Do I need any programming skills?+
None. Sign in with Google, then write what you want your agent to do in plain text. No coding, no servers, no deployments.
How long does setup take?+
From sign-in to your first deployed agent takes under 10 minutes. Industry templates make the initial configuration even faster.
Can I update the agent settings later?+
Yes. Update the system prompt (instructions) anytime. Changes apply in real time — no restart needed.
Can I create multiple agents?+
Pro plan supports 3 agents, Team plan supports 20. Use separate agents for different purposes (restaurant, e-commerce, internal FAQ, etc.).
Telegram Integration
How do I create a Telegram bot?+
Message @BotFather on Telegram and use the /newbot command (takes 2 minutes). Paste the token you receive into the atbot.run dashboard and you're connected.
Which channels are supported besides Telegram?+
Currently Telegram and web chat (embeddable widget). Discord, WhatsApp, and LINE support are planned for future updates.
Do I need to configure a webhook myself?+
No. atbot.run uses long polling to receive messages, so no public server address or webhook setup is needed.
Security & Privacy
Are bot tokens secure?+
Credentials like Telegram bot tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before database storage. They are only decrypted when the agent starts.
Where is conversation data stored?+
Conversation history is held in container memory and stored on Cloudflare data centers. We are evaluating regional storage options.
What AI model does the agent use?+
Default is Qwen Turbo (fast and cost-efficient). You can switch to Claude Sonnet (Anthropic) or GPT-4o Mini (OpenAI). All models are accessed via OpenRouter.
